Overview

Our organization focuses on all round progress of the community rather than concentrating on just a single aspect of community development.

Just enhancing qualification levels in the villages is not enough. It results in an increase in migration of the educated people to urban areas, thus keeping the general condition of the villages at a stagnant level. What needs to be explored are ways to retain the qualified talents in the villages itself, by providing them suitable means of livelihood. This would help the villages retain their people and acquire a core stable of literate youth.

Thus, by coordinating different aspects of development, Archana Education Trust is following a balanced approach to community development, which is sure to have a very high success promise.
